1999 BMW Z3 Coupe 2.8L with a manual transmission commonly referred to as the clownshoe. I have only ever seen 2 of these in person. They are not very common. Car runs great and was just recently serviced and detailed and currently has 106,xxx miles. Fabulous little car that we have thoroughly enjoyed - we just don't drive it much anymore and want it to go to someone who does. Definitely a head turner with lots of power and no engine or exhaust issues at all. AC and Heat work and Tires are in good shape as well. Some things you would want to know:There are of course some dings here and there and I took a close up picture to show a stitching tear in the drivers seat, front bumper cover is cracked (wife can't not hit parking barriers - I've replaced a couple times already - easy to do and they're a couple hundred bucks), and small paint nicks on the hood where we hit a hail storm a few years back - just to the primer though. The airbag light is on, which I know this is common in these vehicles. Take it for what it's worth but my body guy told me that the airbags are still fully functional, even with the light on. With real quick acceleration, you'll notice a little rear but central shimmy, which I'm 99% sure is a $40 - $50 Guibo. It hasn't been noticeable enough for me to purchase and fix but a new owner may want to. I’d trust this car going anywhere and sometimes do - it has a ton of life in it.
